1. These terms
These terms apply to searchbridal.com and everything on it: the inspiration gallery, articles, vendor pages, AI search, and accounts. By using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Accounts
You can browse without an account. To save inspiration, build boards, or generate a style profile you need one. You can sign up with an email and password or with a Google account. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your password private; anything done through your account is your responsibility until you tell us it has been compromised. You may close your account at any time by emailing privacy@searchbridal.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
3. Your content and public boards
Notes, checklists, budgets, and board names you add are yours. We store them so the site can show them back to you, and we do not publish them. If you turn on sharing for a board, you are choosing to make that board (its name and the posts in it) visible to anyone who has the link. Do not put anything in a board name that you would not want shared. Do not use notes or board names for anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We can remove content that does.
4. AI search and style profiles
AI search and the style profile are generated by a Google Gemini model from your query or from the tags on posts you have saved. They are suggestions, not advice. The model can misread a query, pick an odd match, or describe your taste in a way that does not fit. Treat the output as a starting point and use your own judgment on anything that costs money.
5. Our content
Articles, photographs, and the design of the site belong to SearchBridal or to the photographers and vendors who let us use their work. You may view and share links to pages. You may not copy, scrape, or republish our content without permission. Budget guides and planning articles are general information based on typical ranges; prices in your area and from your vendors will differ.
6. Affiliate links and vendors
Some inspiration pages include "Shop this look" links. These are affiliate links: if you buy through one, SearchBridal may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not sell those products, and the retailer's terms govern your purchase. Vendors listed on the site are independent businesses. We do not guarantee their work, pricing, or availability, and any contract you sign is between you and the vendor.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will be error free, available at all times, or that any content is accurate or complete. To the extent the law allows, SearchBridal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some states do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
